The Investment Research lead is responsible for leading finance company’s research team, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction based on thorough financial analysis and market trends. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping investment strategies and ensuring the company’s financial success.
The Investment Research lead plays a critical role in shaping the company’s investment decisions and optimizing returns on investment by overseeing the research team and leveraging their expertise to interpret market dynamics through excellent investment strategies and ensuring optimal returns.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the investment research team in conducting in-depth financial analysis.
- Develop and implement investment strategies based on insightful research findings.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with investment insights and recommendations.
- Present research findings and investment

- Lead the team in generating reports and presentations on investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align investment strategies with overall company goals.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 yrs in Investment Research.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
